Respectful & very Efficient process Did research and found several cars that were at Prestige and scheduled an appointment in EP thrubthe 800 tel number. A little confusion because I was also interested in 2 cars at Taunton location but because I was in RI arrangements were made to drive other cars to the EP lot. Met Jiose and he showed us the car we wanted to see and several others that matched our criteria. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with through entire process. 2014 Jeep - I had been looking for quite some time for a new vehicle and had been eyeing Jeeps for a few months. I came across my Jeep online & sent in an online I had been looking for quite some time for a new vehicle and had been eyeing Jeeps for a few months. I came across my Jeep online & sent in an online request to confirm availability for the vehicle. The response was very prompt & pleasant, making me comfortable from the start. I had spoken to Matthew to change my appointment time for a test drive & he was very understanding! When I arrived at the dealership, the Jeep was on, warm & waiting for me with a Carfax ready for my review. Matthew was very understanding with what I wanted & very thorough with any questions or concerns I brought up. He was very direct, informative & personable, making this car purchase as easy, comfortable & quicker than I could have ever expected. I don't think I could have had a better experience.
