Great Experience Had to replace My '07 Outlander as soon as possible. My salesman was Joe Romano, He was great at showing me the vehicle I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about it, was able to answer all my questions and offer info that I never knew about it. over all the experience was great. A few days later I returned to the dealer to drop something off and tie up a couple of lose ends and Joe was with me every step of the way. Great Job!!! More

Best Experience yet! A VW GTI caught my attention and though I wasn't sure of it, i decided to take a peek. I spent two days/ 11 hrs with Joe going through the car top to A VW GTI caught my attention and though I wasn't sure of it, i decided to take a peek. I spent two days/ 11 hrs with Joe going through the car top to bottom with absolutely "0" pressure. Not once was I forced to BUY, in fact, i think I interviewed him more than anything. I decided to bring my wife along the second day as a much needed opinion and Joe did an awesome job getting me the best interest rate possible which he really didn't have to do. But just goes to show there are still people out there who appreciate you and are passionate about what they do! I'm now in a solid car, worry free, hassle free and maintenance free. I purchased a used 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage with 5000 miles on it. I was told it was use by one of the managers there while his car was being worked on. So I thought nothing of buying a used car. Only CONS where when I wanted the second key. Knowing that a manager there was the person that used it that it shouldn't be a problem. IT WAS!! Joe told me it would be 500$ for a second key not including the programming fee. That is crazy! Joe called to see if her could get an after market key and split the cost but it never happened. So now I have 1 key. And recently noticed one of the air vent it broken as well. That's what I get for buying used, even though it was used by a MANAGER THERE!!! Joe Romano is the man to see if you are looking for a car. He would be the reason I go back when I need a new car. More
