My sales person was pretty alright and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is the vehicles get repaired after you buy them so there is a fair amount of wait time. Bad dealership I seeing it ever they are liars they sell me a car with a lot of problems and in 1 months 4 problems and last problem is the engine burning oil and he told me I cannot do nothing to you and me a car with a lot of problems and in 1 months 4 problems and last problem is the engine burning oil and he told me I cannot do nothing to you and i can’t give u back ur money they are not professional at all , I don’t recommend anyone to ho to that place if you find a problem in the car believe me no one help they tell me they did the balance to the car when i bring it to the shop they told me probably this car never had balance before at all and 4 tires on the car all bad and noisy tires and different brand look how crazy they are I spent 850$ on it and still a lot of problems on the engine, i don’t recommend this place at all the manager is so rude More

I am writing this review, about a vehicle that my friend purchased about a week and a half ago within the first 24 hours the check engine light came on the driver side rear window would not go up. The car w purchased about a week and a half ago within the first 24 hours the check engine light came on the driver side rear window would not go up. The car would not come out of limp mode. I am myself an ASE certified automotive technician. I ran my scanner on the vehicle, discovered multiple trouble codes that were pretty important, such as the cooling fan relay, which we all know in the summertime, especially running the air conditioning fans need to be working properly, so we do not overheat the engine. After diagnosing, why the car was in limp mode I discovered the battery which had all its labels removed was way under powered for the vehicle that it is in. It looks like it was swapped from something else. My friend was told the window regulator was repaired, which it wasn’t and it passed inspection , but the exhaust is not good at all. Also the drivers rear brakes are not working properly. I am going to advisor her to come see you so these issues can be addressed as it’s been less than a week having the vehicle. If there’s any issues, I will come in with her and discuss with you what I feel should be done to make the situation, correct. I don’t go by other peoples reviews because you and I both know you do experience you have with your clients is unique and personal so with that being said, I look forward to having these few things taken care of which overall are not for me at least, but that’s up to her a dealbreaker, so will call this review Incomplete until we are done addressing the issues. I personally would like nothing more than to rate your establishment. Well with a positive review. to be continued. More
The worst car buying experience ever! I bought my car there on 10/28/22. Was told it would take a few days for them to register it. A few days go by and no word. I call and was told it was taking a little longer and would be ready the next day. Again, no call from them. I call near the end of the day only to be told they have to replace tires and brakes and should be ready on Monday. Still no call from them with an update. Each day I was told my car would be ready tomorrow. I had to call every day because no one would call me. After almost 4 weeks of getting the runaround and still no car, I demanded they give me a loaner until my car was ready. I had sold my old car and had since been without a car all this time. Finally, my car was ready for pickup after a month. The lack of communication and zero apology for all the frustration is absolutely astounding. Never again will I buy a car there. They completely stole all the joy from buying a car. I was not going to write a review at all. They actually had the nerve to text me to invite me to write one a few weeks ago. But, yesterday the brake lines leaked and my brakes went out. I called them to give them a shot to redeem themselves and they failed! First, I hit the option for the service department 3 times and they kept ignoring the call and rerouting it to the main menu. So I hit the option for the sales department and was told the mechanic was with another customer but they'll have him call me as soon as he was free. No one ever called. Good thing I didn't hold my breath! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! I'd rate 0 stars if I could. More
