Luckily your review was specific enough that we know exactly the car/customer and situation. Our Service Manager was consulted while you were on the telephone with our scheduling department and listened to the phone conversation from that point on. We provided information on the phone that we have an outside contractor who's entire business is water leaks and does amazing work. The company calls on us and also can meet customers at different locations that is convenient to them. He has done several cars for us and his work is above reproach, we highly recommend him and offered you his telephone number several times during the phone conversation. Our phone scheduler reiterated 4 times that this would allow your car to be seen within a matter of just a few days. For some reason this was not an option that you wanted to consider. Your preference was to bring it to our main service center which is currently backed up due to expansions and hiring of additional personnel. You have left a negative review about us simply because we were trying to get you faster service from a respected expert that we use on a regular basis but decided not to use our recommendation. We are happy to assist and can provide this contact information again if you would like in efforts to get it resolved faster.
