Really Worth Traveling to Prestige Kingston!!! I wasn't sure I wanted to travel to Kingston from Upstate NY because I had a car to trade in for a new RAV4 Hybrid Limited. You all know the basic dr I wasn't sure I wanted to travel to Kingston from Upstate NY because I had a car to trade in for a new RAV4 Hybrid Limited. You all know the basic drill: 1 1/2- 2 hours of the Sales Manager low balling the trade value until you finally walk away. I worked with Cassie and incredibly the entire process of trade in value, sales price, and loan were worked out via e-mail. When I arrived I was expecting another long drawn out process. It never happened. It took under ten minutes for the Service Manger to look over my trade-in and 20 minutes signing paperwork, I buy lots of cars and this was the best experience I ever had. I will be coming back to Prestige the next time I need to purchase a new car (and definitely want to again have Cassie as my sales person). More
