I have bought a number of vehicles over the years and this was by far one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. Our salesman, Joseph Rodelli III, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughout the car buying experience. From the test drive to the day of pickup, Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with. There was no haggling back and forth and the dealership really went out of their way to provide the best deal possible. The Best in the Hudson Valley Joe Rodelli was my salesman and was extremely helpful. I had an 05 Prius but there were so many changes I could't begin to relate to them. I am 78 years old and not so quick at learning new things, but Joe was, as I said, very patient and explained everything. When I got the car home, I tried to figure things out, but I undid some of the settings and came back for a second tutorial. No problem. In fact, any of the salespeople at this Kingston office were willing to help. I've used Prestige for my 05 Prius and I trust the people in Service as well.
