The Best in the Hudson Valley Joe Rodelli was my salesman and was extremely helpful. I had an 05 Prius but there were so many changes I could't begin to relate to them. I am 78 years old and not so quick at learning new things, but Joe was, as I said, very patient and explained everything. When I got the car home, I tried to figure things out, but I undid some of the settings and came back for a second tutorial. No problem. In fact, any of the salespeople at this Kingston office were willing to help. I've used Prestige for my 05 Prius and I trust the people in Service as well. I've had only excellent experiences with this Toyota dealership. Joe made it very easy for me, was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. More
