DO NOT BUY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. I bought a used car from this dealership. These men are arrogant and rude. They were constantly giving me the run-around and not taking me seriously I bought a used car from this dealership. These men are arrogant and rude. They were constantly giving me the run-around and not taking me seriously during the sale process. When I had questions about the numbers, which were not consistent on different forms, I was told that I didn't know anything about car sales and I should just sign the forms. I'm an accountant. I do, in fact, know a thing or two about sales of vehicles. I bought this car being from out of state, and they have been consistently lying to me about the process of registering the car (telling me the DOT takes a really long time, etc). I called nearly 20 times over the course of a month (a month after I had bought the car AND my temp expired AND they told me I was missing a form they didn't bother to tell me about until the third or fourth call) and only after the 20th call did I finally have someone tell me the DOT was looking for another form. I called the DOT in my state and sure enough, they have zero information or any in-process registrations for my car. Of course, though, the title from my trade-in had been canceled after 2 weeks. I even learned from a woman working there that she had emailed the sales person and his bosses multiple times about reaching out to me and asking for me to sign this form, but they never responded or reached out. It's clear that they have no respect for women period or anyone else post-sale. I still don't have my license plates or title and it's been two months. I never write reviews, but this experience was so awful that I am writing my first one. NEVER. AGAIN. If you're looking to buy a car, go anywhere else. More

To make a long story short the problem wasn’t with my RAV4 that you,Chris gave me a great deal on in February but with my Toyota phone app. While you figured out the problem you suggested that I should see Caroline to make a service appointment. When speaking with Caroline she offered to take care of the service and wash the car at that time.When the service was complete you had turned the phone over to Andy and he finished off the work that you whole heartedly started.
