Disappointing experience, drove 17 miles to get the service, was scheduled for recall and tire rotation but due to unavailability of technicians only oil change and tire rotation was done. Tech shortag service, was scheduled for recall and tire rotation but due to unavailability of technicians only oil change and tire rotation was done. Tech shortage was not mentioned during appointment service call, otherwise I would not have driven more than an hour both way. Then I had to get recall done other day near to home at Hackensack Toyota. It was waste of my time and energy due to mis coordination between service centers and service calls center, which could be avoided. Thanks! More

I went for an oil change. They recommended that the air filter and cabin filter be changed. They videoed the cabin filter and all the dirt, and debris on it. I informed them that I didn’t want it changed because I can do that myself. Instead of just tapping the dirt and debris off the filter, which any service station would do, they just replaced the filter back with all the debris… Why would they do a full vehicle inspection and not do a common sense thing of tapping the debris of the filter? I would not choose Prestige Toyota to do major work to my vehicle because they don’t do the little things with care. They also recommended my vehicle for a tuneup, front and rear differential fluid changed. I had this done by my personal mechanic. I asked the service representative if this was actually checked by the Toyota technician, he said no, they base their recommendations on the milage.. So basically, this dealership is not actually checking to see what needs serviced, they are just trying to sell unnecessary services…. Totally unbelievable… More
