Was there for 3 hours for what was told would be an hour and a half job. Said they had no drivers to “get my car back”. Did not come back vacuumed or washed and with rap music blasting. I am having a huge problem with the rate I was given. I believe I was taken advantage of. They kept saying “you don’t care about the rate right cause you are paying it off” I said of course I care about I believe I was taken advantage of. They kept saying “you don’t care about the rate right cause you are paying it off” I said of course I care about my rate. I received a 2.50% worse rate than my brother who bought the same car 5 days after. I have a 100 point better credit score than him and make 3 times as much. So I feel something was done wrong. And they messed up my brothers financing. Was $736 a month and I told them the math doesn’t add up. 2 hours later they said they messed up and the payment is now $702 so something shady is going on there and I’m going to look into it. More
