I was treated horribly. Wayne Schneider was rude, impatient, demanding, and he could not have made it more obvious that he wanted me gone. In fact, it was the worst experience I've ever had in any dealership. There is no excuse to treat clients like hot turd, especially when they are only trying to get service done. Wayne Schneider spent more time trying to sell me his wife's hokey book on Amazon than showing ANY care or concern. I cannot understate this: Wayne treated me like less than trash. I won't be back!
