They've always do more checks on my RAV4 besides the normal oil change. Multi point checks including fluid levels, wheel alignments are also free. They even wash your car afterwards. I was treated horribly. Wayne Schneider was rude, impatient, demanding, and he could not have made it more obvious that he wanted me gone. Before I could even BEGIN to explain why I was there, he interrupted me with nasty demanding comments. I was not able to recieve quality service or care. In fact, it was the worst experience I've ever had in any dealership. There is no excuse to treat clients like hot turd, especially when they are only trying to get service done. Wayne Schneider spent more time trying to sell me his wife's hokey book on Amazon than showing ANY care or concern. I cannot understate this: Wayne treated me like less than trash. I won't be back! All told I paid out $ 880 for things dealer should have taken care of. More
