Went in for an oil change and when I got my car back the glove box was stuck closed. It took them 50 minutes to fix the problem. I missed an appointment i needed to get to. Not happy! More

Hello Mr. Foley, We apologize for the inconvenience. When the customer pulls into our Service Drive every car goes over our in-floor Alignment Checker and takes readings with time stamps. As discussed with our Service Manager we have the readings on your Rear Toe for Alignment which matches why the Left Rear tire has abnormal wear on it from the alignment checker machine. The vehicle came in with this issue in our service drive and we recommended fixing the alignment as part of our Multi-Point Inspection as well. As discussed with Tom, on the phone as a concession we will perform the work at cost as a courtesy. Please reach back out to us so that we could help rectify the repair with an amicable resolution for both. Thank you for your business.
