Internal Toyota communication processes unacceptably vague. If there is a "quality hold" on a vehicle, an explanation of the nature of the problem and possible workarounds is imperative. Ignorance of even the location of the vehicle is not acceptable. Everyone understands there are still supply chain issues affecting the auto industry, but the poor communication here is shameful.
