The employees that took my car and told me when I was ready to speak with the service advisor were fantastic. However, the service advisor was incredibly slow, not helpful, and did not inform me of addit ready to speak with the service advisor were fantastic. However, the service advisor was incredibly slow, not helpful, and did not inform me of additional things that needed to be done to my car. I was not informed that I needed new air filters, had I been, I would have gotten them done at Prestige. Since I was not informed whatsoever (except the notes left on the service record), I will not be getting them done through Toyota. I will not be taking my car there any longer, as the service has become abysmal, and I am no longer informed of things that need to be done. More
