This was the worst experience I have had with a dealership. They treated me awful! I bought my car 7 months ago and they still haven’t received my registration or documents for my car. I got two ti dealership. They treated me awful! I bought my car 7 months ago and they still haven’t received my registration or documents for my car. I got two ticket violations for riding with expire temp plate. I reached out to the dealer they said they would reimburse me for this and than I went in to get reimbursed and they said they never told me that. After 7 months I told them to unwinds the deal or buy car back. One manager gave a price of 21k but that he needed to talk with the GM but that he wasn’t there that day and promised to call me back the next day. Never called no surprises at all. After a week of me calling and emailing the dealer, I finally showed up and asked them again to buy the car back and they said ok! But now the other manager offered me 13k big difference in a week. The reasoning was that the car market has changed significantly. Laughable right? Car market as hot as it’s ever been. I will never buy here o recommend my worst enemy to buy from here. They are terrible and every one there besides the lady at the front desk are a bunch of inconsiderate people. Save your time in going here. More
