I have been going to Prestige Toyota with various car over 18 years. Service in the past has been top notch. Unfortunately in the last 2 years I wonder why I keep going back. After the change in ownershi over 18 years. Service in the past has been top notch. Unfortunately in the last 2 years I wonder why I keep going back. After the change in ownership I noticed the lack of ownership in the service department. In this last episode I had a problem with the factory installed clear bra. I had to go back to the dealership at a minimum of 4 to 5 times to get to clear bra re-installed. In this last episode I was told to go in to only find out after a few hours the installer was not available. After 2 additional visits or screw-up from the dealer/installer the job was completed. Well, lets say the installation is terrible. The installer obviously did not want to correct the problem and just move the job along. I would rate the service advisor a 5 out of 10. He is the one who scheduled me in to tell me after a few hours mgmt screwed-up. Not really. I'm 100 percent sure the advisor does not inspect the work to make sure it was COMPLETED and pass and minimum QA eye test. All the advisor does is say sorry but what value do you bring to me? How do I get back 8 to 10 hours of spent time wasted bring the car to you. The manager of the service department has been on top of this to make sure he finds a clear bra installer. However once he hand off the work to the service advisor and installer it went down hill. I do wish Prestige with the new ownership does improve customer experience.
