I called in the morning for an 11:00 appointment. I was told that my van would be in the express bay and that I would be out in less than an hour. I was told I needed a tire rotation. It took over tw I was told that my van would be in the express bay and that I would be out in less than an hour. I was told I needed a tire rotation. It took over two hours. I was not given any updates. I had no one to pick up my child. It was an upsetting experience. Two friendly young men greeted me and were there when I left. They were the only good part of my experience that day. More
