Though I had an appointment and showed up earlier than my prescribed time. After dropping off my vehicle and given an approximate time. Service agent phoned me to inform me that I wouldn't receive my my prescribed time. After dropping off my vehicle and given an approximate time. Service agent phoned me to inform me that I wouldn't receive my vehicle in a timely manner. Actually it was almost three hours later than estimate. An issue i am having with drivers side cross wind noise was not corrected. The service tech said he could not hear it. Will have it addressed again in the near future as I can definitely hear it. Also did research on this issue and have found that it is a problem with this model and their are fixes for it. More
