I been coming to Prestige Toyota for years. Since 2005 all my cars have been Toyota from Prestige. The waiting room is confortable and as soon as they check my car they let me know what service is needed very professionally, then I give them the ok to do the work. They do the work around the time they promised. They call me when is ready , they walk me to the cashier I pay and they bring the car to me clean and washed and I go home happy. Best most convenient service place I have ever dealt with. Been going there for 10+ years with several Toyotas. Probably pay a little more than a local guy, but the service more than makes up for it. with. Been going there for 10+ years with several Toyotas. Clean, organized, friendly people, they communicate well with you on when your car will be ready, and provide me with a ride back and forth to my office in Mahwah even if I am just getting a routine oil change.
