Dealership was extremely expensive $120 just to read check engine light which I did before at auto one for free. They tried to tell me my oil cap needed to replaced for $40 (for a plastic cap) because t check engine light which I did before at auto one for free. They tried to tell me my oil cap needed to replaced for $40 (for a plastic cap) because there was a little oil around where it screws on which was my fault from spilling a little when adding oil previously. The guy really pushed me to get it which I had to decline many times. Had my tired rotated and checked and charged a lot of money for it and now 2 of the tire air caps are missing on one side of the vehicle. Expensive and try to get as much money out of you as possible. Wasn’t going to even leave a review but they kept texting me about leaving one even 3 weeks after getting my car serviced. More

The dealership was kind enough to get me in for a flat tire patch on Friday. I had never been there before. However, communication was non-existent. I was not told how long it would take or when the car tire patch on Friday. I had never been there before. However, communication was non-existent. I was not told how long it would take or when the car would be ready without having to ask over and over. I was told I needed a new air filter even though I only asked for the tire to be patched. I reiterated that I had a long drive ahead and please just do the patch. In fact, after being told the car was ready and just going to be washed I said again “no extras” Thank you. At one point I asked another person to help when my representative was not around but there seemed to be little desire to step in and help. She did indicate that there was a mistake in my name - if that had anything to do with the overall problem, I do not know. 3 hours and the car still was not brought up, I was told that the first technician had not done it correctly and another more experienced person was REDOING the patch! Again I had to keep asking to get any information. No information was ever volunteered. After 3 hours when I finally got back on the road, I looked down and noticed the glove box and filter on the floor! I called Glenn, the person who had handled my repair to let them know what had happened but never heard back. More
