My 90 minute service appointment took more than 2 hours even though I had expressed that I needed my car for an important appointment. If service wasn’t included with my recent Toyota Highlander purchase, I would go elsewhere. The red carpet stuff is all nonsense. Was a bad experience (on phone) once I got their- met Adelina.. I was ready to walk out! But Adelina went above and beyond to get me to 1st stay -2nd at least look at vehicle-3rd get the vehicle to me Adelina.. I was ready to walk out!
