I brought my car in because of the multiple warning lights on my display. The advisor kept me informed in person snd text through the process. The main battery in mt Prius had failed. The advisor - Ca lights on my display. The advisor kept me informed in person snd text through the process. The main battery in mt Prius had failed. The advisor - Caroline and other employees were attentive. I also obtained a loaner for the multiple days without my car. I note that there was a power failure on the day I brought in my car, but the employees did not lose focus. More
