I purchased a used vehicle recently. The sales person Niro was great however customer service here is atrocious. I received 1 license plate for my vehicle. Living in other states I didn’t think twice about it where just 1 plate is required. I tried to call prestige Toyota to let them know and instantly was told I was to blame for the mishap. Getting nowhere via phone I went into the facility. There I was met with a manager unwilling to assist me. Stating because I took more than a day to come back that there’s nothing he can do, and in his X amount of years of experience had never had this happen. We’ll it happened, and obviously once this place receives the money for the car, they don’t care about you afterwords. I wouldn’t recommend, based off this experience it seems once you drive off the lot you’re on your own. More
I started using your Toyota service center for service a few years ago when you were at the facility in Mahwah. I do not like the new service department at this location. When the person who checked me in w few years ago when you were at the facility in Mahwah. I do not like the new service department at this location. When the person who checked me in walked me up the steps, I must have missed her telling me (or perhaps she never told me) there was a small sitting room to the left down the hall. I thought your only waiting area was the two small couches in the show room by the tv against the front window. They of course were taken. So I sat on a couch in the showroom by the very sunny and very hot front windows and basically fried for an hour. On my way out I went to look for a bathroom and saw that small waiting room that I could have been waiting in. Once back downstairs, my car was ready but the person that checked me in had a hard time getting my paperwork. The service person just wasn't making it available on the computer for her to print. This went on for many minutes. Wasn't her fault, as she kept calling that department to ask for it, but why this was such a problem i'll never know. I didn't care for the vibe so I will not be coming back. It's a shame because I really liked your other location in Mahwah. Very friendly and very comfortable and spacious. I will be going to Toyota on Rt 46 in Little Falls for service. More
