The dealership does a fine job in all aspects. The only thing I don’t understand is why they have to drive your car over to another area for service, instead of putting the service agents at the service ar thing I don’t understand is why they have to drive your car over to another area for service, instead of putting the service agents at the service area and allow the customers to go directly there. Car buying is always a difficult process, but it was not the case with Prestige. We have a great experience with Andy Eagle who took the time to demo out the features of our new Highlander, and even though the case with Prestige. We have a great experience with Andy Eagle who took the time to demo out the features of our new Highlander, and even though the dealership did not have our color/interior combo available - Andy and his team worked a dealer swap to get us what we wanted. Even after the paperwork as completed, Andy took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setup my wife's phone, etc. Overall a great experience. If you head to Prestige - ask for Andy. More
