I called on 10/07/21 regarding a service I was told I needed... it’s been over 2 wks and I’m still waiting for a call back from the service manager. That’s poor customer service. Also, I have a lease and they are trying to ‘up sell’ me on a wheel alignment... they are known to do that even when one doesn’t need a wheel alignment . Plus I have a lease and think the car is poorly made if I need a wheel alignment in less than 18 mths or having my Rav4. Prior to this I leased a 2016 Ford Escape for 4 yrs and didn’t need a wheel alignment. Maybe I need to go back to American made vehicles?! They never made me wait for a service call. Especially 2 wks! More
Very straight forward. This Toyota dealership had relationships with different lending institutions in addition to Toyota Financial which allowed me to get a lower payment. Had physically went to other dealerships but they all lowballed me for my trade in but Ramsey gave me a very fair price. Would definitely come back for next lease/purchase. More

Glenn made the entire process really smooth from start to finish and communicated all updates in a timely manner.
