Brent Van Aken my salesman was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend this dealership only because of this salesman. The department that does the detail cleaning is h knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend this dealership only because of this salesman. The department that does the detail cleaning is horrible. They told Brent that they even took out the seats to clean my used minivan. Well they lied to him because the van was filthy and I have the pictures to prove it. They did a superficial job and did not clean it or sanitize it. In this day of Covid, they put me at risk with the sloppy work they did. When I complained, Brent spoke to the manager who said to bring it back and they will re do it. More
