We drove from PA ready to trade my old girl in. I was pretty hesitant, but I was really impressed and happy with the outcome. The reason I have bought 2 additional cars after my first Toyota is due to the excellent service. However the reason for this service was less than acceptable. 1st car new car 2005 Camry windshield leaked b Toyota is due to the excellent service. However the reason for this service was less than acceptable. 1st car new car 2005 Camry windshield leaked badly after 2 months replaced under warranty. 2nd car 2008 Camry certified used car used 1 quart of oil at 120k miles didn't find out about recall until 180k miles, rings and pistons replaced under warranty.3rd car 2017 Camry certified used car needed transmission replacement at 21k under warranty. Hope new trans lasts more than 20k. All above service was done promptly without hassle. 1st and 2nd service got loaner, 3rd service no loaner offered, told I needed to schedule service 2-3 weeks out to get loaner only 8 loaners available!!?? 1st and 2nd cars dealer was different owner, hope new owners get more loaners.
