This is the 7th car I’ve purchased in my adult life and I have never felt compelled to write a negative review - but boy does this dealership deserve a low score! Disappointing customer service end to end, from the floor salesperson, Shelton, to Edmund, the manager. Shelton had little grasp on the sales process, a poor attitude, made an insincere attempt to apologize in the end. He desperately requires further training. Edmund was arrogant and played games - he embodied all negative stereotypes. Had to involve parent company to get resolution. The truck is great, and we are pleased with the vehicle but would never return to this dealership and would recommend others stay away. This team plays games and are amused at their attempts to trick people. Shame all around. More
