Gabi was great. But the people who took my keys were not friendly. Hardly acknowledged me when I pulled up in my car. And were having a conversation amongst themselves when the service was done. Advisor was very kind and did a great job so I would give him 5 star. I reduced to 4 star for overall experience due to 2 items: car was supposed to be washed and vacuumed - well they vacuumed only front sea him 5 star. I reduced to 4 star for overall experience due to 2 items: car was supposed to be washed and vacuumed - well they vacuumed only front seat floor an dropped the driver floor mat flipped - not attached in correct position as it should be, while rear seat floor mat was not even cleaned. Secondly when writing the ticket I informed the advisor that I have just replaced my air filters myself (literally a day before service) and yet on multi point inspection they marked air filter as requiring replacement - so seems like someone did not even look at this note and neither at the brand new clean filter in the car to me.
