I bought a used vehicle not a toyota from prestige, I get free oil changes with the deal, so I made an appointment and waited for 4 days to be there at 7:45 a.m, for my appointment,, there 10 minutes ear get free oil changes with the deal, so I made an appointment and waited for 4 days to be there at 7:45 a.m, for my appointment,, there 10 minutes early sat around for over an hour just for them to tell me they forgot to order the oil filter. Quite annoyed! Due to the fact that mornings are always chaotic for me,, im not sure if I will be returning back. I would rather save my 35 minute trip there and go to the local oil change place and pay for it! More
