Prestige Toyota mechanic suggested a wheel alignment at a cost of $179.95+, which my vehicle did not show any signs of needing (no pulling or drifting), so I declined the repair. Private mechanic inspection - NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT necessary, all was fine as presumed. In addition, an oil drain plug shield was noted as missing on their multiple page report, but was never verbally mentioned by any representative and was never offered to be replaced?!!! More

I walked out of a different dealership bc I was completely ignored...... Clayton was my sales rep here and he was attentive from the first minute. Only reason not 5 stars was service department - few things were overlooked when cleaning the car to include a corroded battery terminal and while buffing out 'ding marks' they did great job on the 1, but didn't bother doing all of them 🤦 More

Jeff expedited the recall on my '19 Avalon to get the part and install it. Also he had the bottom splash shield reattached which eliminated road noise. I had a really negative experience unfortunately..... lightyears different than my last car at same place 3 years ago. :-( the sales process was NOT TRANSPARENT. Extras "fees" were tacked in.
