Used online scheduling and within hours received call from Representative confirming my service request including manufacturer recall repair. Arrived at center a little before my appointment and was gre from Representative confirming my service request including manufacturer recall repair. Arrived at center a little before my appointment and was greeted by two efficient valets. I was immediately met by Peter and confirmed my service requirements and was told it would take about 3 hours. Within an hour service identified additional work, wheel alignment, which I authorized. Within two hours, my service was completed, car washed and I was on my way. Very pleased with time, waiting area and staff friendliness and efficiency. More
