Sales Rep (john P) was attentive, helpful and knowledgable. Bought car on Saturday, which happened to be extremely busy. Took close to 4 hours to finalize everything. The process of buying the car was very good. Salesperson was excellent. Initially, financing was a little confusing as I didn’t know that a bank other than Toyota Financial was used for the loan.
