I had an excellent service experience with Caroline during my recent visit. My vehicle needed immediate attention in replacement of a dead battery, replacement of 4 tires, replacement of rear brakes, a during my recent visit. My vehicle needed immediate attention in replacement of a dead battery, replacement of 4 tires, replacement of rear brakes, among other minor repairs. As i live 32 miles away and did not want to wait in the waiting room during Covid-19 times, Caroline was able to secure a loaner car for me, with short notice, to use to drive home. Caroline also attended to an air bag recall. I had an excellent experience overall, and would highly recommend Caroline to anyone in need of auto repair service in the future. The length of this review speaks to the level of satisfaction this customer has with his service. More
