The salesman was friendly and explained everything thoroughly and honesty. It took FOREVER to finally walk into the back office to discuss financing. Finally the financing guy sucked. He was explaining the cost and everything and somewhere a mysterious $1000 charge made it into the final bill. Additionally when we were going over the bill, the final price wasn’t making any sense. We were not understanding how he produced the final number. He tried guiding us through it while we plugged in the numbers in our calculators and we still weren’t getting the number on the bill. So then he tried producing his own number and EVEN HE COULDNT DO IT. So instead of admitting a mistake he rudely told us “It’s late I have to leave. I don’t have time for this. I’ll just give you a discount.” I would not recommend this dealership in the future because of how rude the financing guy was. More

I wanted a full size tire to use as a spare. I asked if the tire that I had repaired could be used as the spare and the newly purchased tire put on in its place. I was told yes.
