EXTREMELY disappointed. Getting yelled at and told that "we aren't worth his time" by Chris Wilson was a true highlight. Mgmt didn't follow through. Jeffrey was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He looked up all previous service history done on my car. I immediately felt I was in good hands. This wasn’t a regular service maintenance but he offer looked up all previous service history done on my car. I immediately felt I was in good hands. This wasn’t a regular service maintenance but he offered to have a multi-point inspection done which I was very happy to hear since it was not done on my previous service visit. While waiting he sent me a text with his info so I could contact him during my visit. All COVID-19 protocols were followed at Prestige.
