This dealership installed 4 new tires on my highlander and the price was much more than a discount tire store. Afterwards, one of the tires leaked air. A follow-up appointment was needed. To make it worst, when I set up the appointment, I asked for a loaner. They were to call me back to schedule the loaner. They did not return the call, so I called again the next day. Still, no return phone call. I called a 3rd time, still no return call. I called a 4th time and the agent did not know why the service agent would not return my calls. We ended up scheduling the appointment and I had to hire a taxi. Previous service appointments were very good, so maybe it is the pandemic? I will avoid and delay this dealership until the pandemic is over. More
