Daniel greeted us we chatted for quite a while he then took us around the huge lot to see the inventory and had the keys to the 3 vehicles we were interested in. He handed us the keys and we test drove all 3 We narrowed it down to a 2017 highlander limited in pearl white with every single option there is, we made a deal the same day he took care of everything including calling a nearby Nissan dealer to take back my lease return which he took care of driving it there himself. We proceed it to finance and Mario Calle took care of everything else,going over warranties and the packages that I included we signed the papers and Wednesday July 29,2020 we drove home the same day in a Toyota Highlander limited. I was not happy with my service rep. I brought my csr in at 10AM. When i did not hear from my rep, i texted him at 3:30 to find the status.
