Very satisfied with the fantastic and professional customer service I had with Andy Eagle my sales associate. He literally made my dream car a reality(RAV4 XSE Hybrid). Honestly, he was a blessing to customer service I had with Andy Eagle my sales associate. He literally made my dream car a reality(RAV4 XSE Hybrid). Honestly, he was a blessing to deal with. He did his best to meet my needs without any pressure. He had me take the car for a ride without asking about any money I was willing to give up front. His interest was first to show me the car I truly loved before any negotiation. Now that’s a true salesman and made my feel absolutely comfortable. I had leased a car for years at a different Toyota dealership, but did not get close to that customer service or deal at that location recently, so I took a chance at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey and I sealed the deal! I walked away with my dream car and will highly recommend Andrew Eagle. Thank you also to Tae Kwon (sales manager) to approve the deal and Gabriel Bueno (Finance Manager) They all worked together as a team and I commend them for an outstanding job they made happen so I was able to walk out in my brand new 2020 Rav4 XLE Hybrid!! NO MASKS! Although my car repairs were well done, my health safety was not followed. While waiting to pick up my car, there were 2 young men there in the waitin Although my car repairs were well done, my health safety was not followed. While waiting to pick up my car, there were 2 young men there in the waiting room with me without masks or gloves. Why wasn't the mask policy that's posted followed? When the Toyota employee brought me my car, he was not wearing gloves or a mask. This was very disconcerting. Such a simple rule to follow was not and my health safety put in jeopardy.
