Disregard once they had the money After making full payment from outofstate and despite multiple promises for quick transaction (as normally expected). Sales person (Samantha) and sales manager (Ed - Hamid "got your money i don't worry") showed complete disregard to follow up with delivery of documents and making car available to arrange for pickup. It took me ONE (1) MONTH and dozens of calls, multiple msgs, faxes, and one formal complaint with the BBB to get their attention and finally receive documentation and schedule a pickup. And this only through the general manager (Jay) because after one month Samantha, Ed ("got your money I don't worry") and Luis in finance were still making promises and stories. More

Servic The parking brake of my 2010 Tacoma TRD started to bind (would not reliably release). Prestige Toyota staff is very friendly and professional. Service advisor, Luke Incognito is very helpful. He made sure he understood exactly what the problem was. Once the service tech determined that the problem was rust in the driver side mechanism. All that was necessary was cleaning the rust and also adjusting lubricating parking brake cable. Luke advised to service the passenger side as a preventative measure. After a couple of hours the truck was ready. This is not my sole experience with Prestige Toyota. They have always taken very good care of me and my vehicles. More
