I came into the dealership 8 months ago looking for the 2018 4Runner Pro and found that they did not have an Chris and the team were great from day 1. Chris mentioned that they had a used 2016 which I loved and purchased on the condition that the team would alert me when the 2019 was available so I could be the first one in line. They even worked out a trade in deal right then and there to ensure that I felt comfortable with the purchase of the 2016. Chris did a great job keeping in touch during the months following up to the 2019 arrival. As soon as he heard that it was on a truck on its way to the dealership he called me. I came in the next day to start the process. Overall 5 starts for sure! More

After the service was completed, I drove home to find the old battery still in my car. I called the service station and they were upset because that shouldn't have happened. they are compensating me on my next visit. They work hard for perfection, no one is perfect but they are close. 30,000 service / car wash & checks. Alignment needed too. I had a brake warning light go on when I started the car a week before. Nothing since, but I asked for that to be checked. Rear wiper worked sporadi I had a brake warning light go on when I started the car a week before. Nothing since, but I asked for that to be checked. Rear wiper worked sporadically. Found out the rear window may not have been locked. Alignment was needed and they did it then and I waited. Didn't have to come back. They fixed what needed to be done on the spot. All good! More
