My new car purchase ordeal My journey started when I located the vehicle I wanted on the internet and it was at Prestige Toyota .I went to see it and liked it.I had a vehicle to My journey started when I located the vehicle I wanted on the internet and it was at Prestige Toyota .I went to see it and liked it.I had a vehicle to trade in ,the salesman Russell Saslow had his manager Ed looked it over and we came to an agreed Price.We then negotiated the price on the vehicle and they put the contract together.The vehicle I was leaseing was sent to be cleaned and I was then sent on the dreaded journey to fianance his name was Chris ..After Chris printed the paper work to be signed it all went down hill from There..They were having a hard time giving me a receipt showing I had a credit from my trade in...Before the paperwork was completed the manager Ed stated that I needed to give him a check before I left with my New vehicle...The Bottom line is I never Left with my New because The Dealership got caught Trying to Hide 3,000.00 dollars of my money and didn’t know how to explain its .So Yes Prestige Toyota like most are Not A Trust Worthy Dealership........Anthony a disappointed customer......... Mike who signs in cars at the entrance is always genuine in his sincere 'nice to see you again' greetings. Tom in sales who assisted me this go round was also very professional and attentive.
