This time, very unhappy My most recent experience was beyond frustrated I made an appointment because there was a problem with the latch on my rear tailgate tour. The recept My most recent experience was beyond frustrated I made an appointment because there was a problem with the latch on my rear tailgate tour. The receptionist was told the problem I had of time and I was told I needed to come on Saturday if I couldn’t get there before three during the week. When I arrived I explained that I would preferred to wait but if not let me know and I would I would take the shuttle home. After waiting for over two hours I was told they needed to order the part. I feel that if the appointment was made for such a specific reason Toyota should have either been prepared with the part or let me know immediately rather than have to use it for over two hours. When asked if I could speak to a manager they told me none was available. They also told me I would need to come in when the part arrives before three when I told them that isn’t possible,. They told me well sometimes on Tuesdays and Thursdays mechanics can stay late so I can get a later appointment. It was a nasty day outside and I was sick. I am very unhappy that a customer who has purchased or leased for cars through your dealership needed to sit for two hours without getting the problem solved More
