Repurchased of a certified car Good evening, We were there at your dealer purchasing a certified car. Customer service agreed us very nice of the her, immediately called the person whom we contacted online. He she came and introduced us to Jeff. He was very patient and understood what we were looking for it. The only thing, was due to the weather Jeff only showed us 2 certified cars. I'm sure there were more for the same price we were looking for it. Anyway, we test drove a Camry 2017 certified that we eventually saw online. I noticed that there were missing part. One was the mats and wallet in where to put the manual. Then later on, we found out that you only had only one key instead of two. We were a bit disappointed about the many pieces missing and were told by Jeff and Chris in finance that were wold get them as the received of thenplates. That's no a problem as alone as we get them. But we believe, that the whole process took too long. We got there at 12:30pm and did not leave until 5:45pm. One thing, we emailed Jeff and Chris about the interest that we signed for it since. I signed several documents and only 2 papers were given to us. None one them answer my question or email. We will see you soon for service. Your place was beautiful and nice set up. It was not too crowded and were happy about it. By the way, Mr. Castillo was very nice when he came to talk to us about the online price. Lastly, I think the warranty should be included not matter what. I know there should limited to the warranty for the amount of money that we finance; it should be included. Thank you Ana More

NOW TO THE SERVICE DEPT . I WENT IN FOR A CHANGING OF THE BRAKE PADS ALTHOUGH IT DID NOT SHOW I NEEDED THEM YET , I DECIDED TO GET THEM DONE . AFTER THE MECHANIC , JOHNATHAN STARTED , HE TOOK A PICTURE OF ONE FRONT ROTOR AND SHOWED IT TO ME AND IT LOOKED ALL SCARRED UP , SO , WE DECIDED TO CHANGE THE FRONT ROTORS TOO . THEN I BLAME MYSELF FOR NOT CHECKING OUT WHAT YOUR REP WAS TELLING ME ABOUT ALL 4 ROTORS FRONT AND BACK AND I SAID FIX THEM TOO . I ALSO FORGOT TO ASK HOW MUCH THE COST WOULD BE NOW . LOOKING BACK AND DISCUSSING WITH MY DAUGHTER AND OTHERS , ITS MOST OPINION THAT I MAY HAVE BEEN TAKING FOR A RIDE AND SOME WORK WAS NOT NECESSARY , LIKE THE REAR ROTORS . I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I HAD A LEAKY SHOCK ALTHOUGH I PARK MY CARD INSIDE MY GARAGE AND NEVER SAW ANYTHING ON THE FLOOR AND WHEN YOU CHANGE ANYTHING ON ONE SIDE , YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE OTHER SIDE TOO . . SO WHAT STARTED AS A $ 480 BILL WOUND UP TO BE $ 2413 .
