Finance manager have to fired Jeff Jafry was ok but the Finance manager (Ricky) made me have the worse experience ever. He didn't let me talk, he told me that the back approved higher interest when I got a good deal with the back. He made a racist comment asking me if I thought that he was a white guy. He told me that I was made him to waste him time. When I asked him to talk with somebody else he said that he was the manager and didn't call nobody. He open the door and told me that I can leave. He made me cry at lot and felt so frustrated and I couldn't understand why he treated me like this. More

UNSCRUPULOUS dealership I leased a Toyota Corolla for 2 years & was told by JILLIAN DELGADO that if I purchased a vehicle the $400 return fee would be waived. One year later I leased a Toyota Corolla for 2 years & was told by JILLIAN DELGADO that if I purchased a vehicle the $400 return fee would be waived. One year later after purchasing a RAV 4 ,we were asked to pay the bill.Gillian did not respond to my e-mail, I had to physically visit the dealership. Toyota nor Jillian honored their promise.We were shopping for another vehicle, but would never give our business to dealership. More
