First rep didn't return my call. Second rep said it could be done and assured me he had emailed the details. Did not receive the email despite being assured it had been sent. Called again 90 minutes before he was due to leave for four days and left a message to call me to wrap up the details. No call received, ditto for the email. Left message the next day for Brad Aiello who forwarded my message of dissatisfaction to Caroline Siderias who called me immediately, ordered the tires, set up the appointment, apologized for the others that didn't return my calls, and restored my confidence in the Service Dept. I will only deal with her in the future. Won't mention the names of the two unresponsive reps as I have not had a problem with either one of them on prior visits. Kudos to Caroline though. More
