the loan I was approved for was changed I came in and found the car I liked. I filled out my credit application and after checking was told I qualified for Toyota financing. A few days later I came in and found the car I liked. I filled out my credit application and after checking was told I qualified for Toyota financing. A few days later when I came in to pick up the car, the salesman told me that this rate was no longer available, after being shuffled around for half a day, I ended up paying a much higher rate for my car loan. I received a letter from Toyota Financial Services stating that I couldn't get the loan because they couldn't verify my address. Your salesman had misspelled my name and put down the wrong address. I have lived at my address for seventeen years. Because of the mistakes made by the salesman, the car I purchased will cost substantially more per month. I feel I was manipulated and misled during this transaction and will have to pay for it for many years to come. More

We waited and waited and waited and waited ! We bought out a leased car and the process took almost 4 hours . We were lied to all day, nobody could help us. Brutal experience .
