The hood was left open - major safety Hazard When I left your service center I noticed in middle of highway that the hood is vibrating. I pulled over and noticed that your staff left the hood ope When I left your service center I noticed in middle of highway that the hood is vibrating. I pulled over and noticed that your staff left the hood open, when they refilled the windshield washer fluid tank under the hood. I was lucky the hood didn't open and cover the windshield while I was driving in a busy highway. This could easily happen, and cause a serious accident. Also, if you provide complementary carwash, make sure the car is not already clean and use a clean cloth to dry the car. All the windows were dirty just because your staff used a dirty cloth and I had to take my car to a carwash again after 3 days. Really disappointed! Far from a prestige service! More
