Amazing customer service I went in because my splash guard was damaged, replacing it would cost $500. Trustworthy and quality service ! After getting a flat tire on 17, I was lucky enough to be in front of the Toyota sales department. Two of toyotas sales team members, Andy and Kelly were gracious enough to change my tire and get my spare tire on safely so I could make the drive to service. I was able to call my service advisor Caroline to give her a heads up and she was able to get me into a loaner car once available. I have always had exceptional service done at Prestige Toyota, but this was by far the best service! I highly recommend Caroline down at the service department and the rest of the staff for their exceptional and professional behavior . More
