Good service. Just a bit of a wait. Was told my car would be ready in 45 mins, but wound up taking 1.5 hours. Things happen, I guess, but I’d rather they overestima Just a bit of a wait. Spent much too long dealing with the busisness manager I had a cash deal, had to wait for the business manager to see us. It seemed like he started the paperwork when we met him. I don't understand ho I had a cash deal, had to wait for the business manager to see us. It seemed like he started the paperwork when we met him. I don't understand how you order cars, bought a Camry XSE. Came in with the low end Navigator, should have been at least with the better version including wireless charging. Michael was very knowledgeable and tried very hard but the management of the dealership did not make the purchase experience what we expected. More

had 60 min appointment I had a 60-90 minute waiting appointment. Because it was just oil change / tire rotation they would not give loaners. This is understandable. I waited in lounge for 2 hours and the service rep told me my car hadn’t been started and it was be at least an additional hour. I explained I had to leave to go to work and he apologized and said maybe they can get me a free detail but I needed to get to work and could not wait another hour. They brought my car out and Ieft. I also drive from Monroe, NY so I wasted gas, tolls, and my morning. Very unhappy. More
