Christian Pizarro came out to meet us, and was knowledgeable and helpful in reviewing the various options. After test driving a Tacoma and 4Runner and comparing the cost of the new versus used vehicles, we decided on the 2014 4Runner. With low mileage and Toyota's Certified Pre-Owned program, we are confident that this car will be much more reliable than the 2012 Jeep it is replacing. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly, helpful and professional, and the entire purchasing experience was a good one. The only negative comment I can make is that we were kept waiting for quite awhile when we were picking up the car. I know there's a lot of paperwork and coordination involved with different staff members, but they knew we were coming at a specific time and this process could have been a bit more coordinated. Despite that, we would highly recommend Prestige Toyota and Christian Piazarro in sales if you're looking for a new or used car! More
